"this is your permission to do things half way. to use mouthwash instead of brushing your teeth. to take out half the garbage. to wash your body but not your hair. to have cereal for lunch and dinner. to only throw your underwear into the wash. to put on a clean shirt but keep your pajama pants on. if you’re not feeling one hundred percent, it can feel impossible to do anything. so why not do small things that make you feel better? your twenty-five percent, your fifty percent, your sixty-seven percent is good enough too. and they can slowly help you get back to one hundred."
